My initial entry...
New Year's 2004. Pretty quiet day today - with cold gray weather ... a good day for a nap, which everyone but Lily had. It snowed tonite and Lily played in the snow on the deck in her pjs and bare feet -- and she also went to sleep 1/2 hour early. Maybe a little cold makes bed more appealing. In order to help with her sleeping, we've begun a system (that may never end) where the sleep fairy brings her a little something if she "sleeps well" thru the nite. So far, it's made tooth-brushing, putting on pjs, going to bed and getting up in the morning a whole world better.

Ho! Ho! Ho! Getting ready for christmas. Christmas cards came in today -- going out tomorrow (Lily can't see them because she's not wearing her favorite shirt in the pic)
